About:
This project started as a student senior design project for 1 of our team members. Because of the tight deadline we all worked daily on this project after work to get this done in time and with high praises from Ferris State University professors.
This was our first full project using the Unreal Engine, so a lot of speed learning was required in order to implement everything we wanted. These features included an inventory and crafting system, some event based dialogue and simple quest system in order to advance to different zones in the world. Game culminates with all crafting recipes learned in order to clear the last zone against hostile Locusts!

Game Description:
In the magical village of Shroomville, vegetation that would be plain & mundane in any other world, are given sentience by means of magical spores from the great Mushroom of Life. With the gift of life given by their ancient progenitor, the vegetation of Shroomville created language, tools and, eventually, a society built on the various skills of its members. As the village Craftsman, Shroomy has stepped up and become a local hero, using his crafting skills to help his fellow people the Shroomins to defend their home of Shroomville from the Locust Raiders and build up their village to make it a safer place to live.

Mine Escape
About:
So far our team is 4 people working together to create a semblance of a game.
Game Description:
The player arrives at an active mine as a rescue team member after some malfunctions trapped multiple miners at various depths of the mine. Starting on the bottom floor, the player discovers trapped miners and solves simple puzzles to figure out how to lead each one to safety and how to reactivate power on each floor in order to head back up to each new level/floor., eventually making it safely to the surface.

About:
Quick mock up of a matching style game designed for phones.
Game Description:
Swap and Match similar game pieces together in larger chains to increase your score before your turns run out. Currently the game has 1 level as the player attempts higher scores.

The Witching Hour
About:
Worked solo to create a Halloween-themed 2D game in Unity. This was my first completed game from start to finish. I was able to learn and implement making a 2D game in Unity as well as programming some new features. I gave myself 2 weeks before Halloween to make this game, but ended up taking ~1 month to get to an acceptable state.
Game Description:
The player controls a witch using ranged magic to defeat enemy spooks in a graveyard. Gameplay has 3-4 waves of enemies that must be all fought off which triggers a single boss fight. There is a safe spawn room for the player as well as platforms to traverse within the level and item pickups from defeated enemies.
